I hope you are doing well. We are already two weeks into the new year and I would love to know how it's going for you so far? Have you been more mindful, or more connected to yourself?
The winter months are a great opportunity to go deep within yourself, ask yourself questions, take a look around your inner world and bring some more love and light to places that need it. It doesn't mean hibernate from the world and only focus on your growth. Self reflection and growth can be done in a simple 20 minute period of focus.
That 20 minute period can be broken down into 5 minute chunks of time (making it easier to focus).
- 5 minutes of meditation (breathing)
- 5 minutes of self reflection
- 5 minutes of journaling
- 5 minutes of gratitude
