Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga practice that uses physical postures, breathing techniques, and other practices to achieve balance and spiritual perfection. We'll focus on poses to open and align the body.

Vinyasa yoga, often called "flow" yoga, is a style where you move seamlessly from one pose to the next, synchronizing your breath with your movements.
